Career Change Collective is a Bristol-based networking group for anyone considering or currently pursuing a change of direction mid-career. We provide a collaborative space where we can connect, share experiences, and explore new opportunities. Our founders have discovered for themselves some of the frustrations, pitfalls, and barriers to changing their careers. We know that the prospect can be daunting and challenging, but we also know that it's possible, especially when you have the support of others.
Who We Are
We’re four friends who know how powerful the support of others can be in changing careers because we’ve each done it - at least once! Professionally, we traverse health, technology, finance, and the arts (amongst other things), and we know first hand how vital it is to have a network to draw from when making a career change. Our goal in creating Career Change Collective is to build a network who can accelerate, inform and motivate each other through the ups and downs of making a change mid-career.
